We cannot tell you !!! Please add the item(s) you are interested in to the cart, go to the checkout and fill in all the address fields, THEN, you will see the exact cost of shipping to your location.
We ship to all world countries, with an extra special rate to Australia. Please do not ask us what shipping charges for your intended order might be. Simply place the items you need in the Cart and go to the Checkout and fill in all address fields, which will then give the exact shipping cost to your entered address.
Orders are usually packed early the following morning and set for Courier Post pickup the same (business) day. However due to Covid-related difficulties, packing may be delayed by an extra 24 hours, and Couriers are experiencing delays (Courier Post – NZ Post).
If you have a particular poptop, caravan, camping item AND you are not sure what make-model-year etc it is and want our help choosing poptop band, caravan awning/shade awning etc, PLEASE send us photos and measurements and we’ll do our best to help. Remember, if you have requirements for anything that is not one of our stock-standard products, we do NOT make to order. The cost would be prohibitive.
If something has changed right after you have placed your order, please emails us, using the contact form in the top of page link and let us know. If a few hours have gone by, the order may have been picked up by the courier and you will need to make arrangements to receive the order at the shipping address you originally provided

Our products are robustly designed and made, as you will notice from the displayed shipping weight on each; this means larger heavy parcels, if your order includes poles, for example, you may well receive two parcels for any one product ordered.
No, make-to-order products require a certain skillset which is best served by an upholsterer, if you are in the Auckland region, we recommend THIS UPHOLSTERER
If you are not, then you should be able to find a good upholsterer in your local area. Keep in mind that a one-off make-to-order product is likely to be very expensive.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless discussed and agreed to beforehand. Please choose your purchase carefully making sure it will fit the model of poptop , caravan or vehicle.
